Over the past decade, I have helped thousands of people improve their metabolic health using our Habits of Health transformational system, providing the knowledge, skills, structure, and supportive community needed for lasting change. I have also partnered with physicians for more than 10 years to help patients improve key metabolic health markers including insulin sensitivity, cholesterol, blood pressure, triglycerides, and blood sugar.
